Pyramid again

hello, peeps... so last last sunday or was it last last last sunday? i went over to Pyramid... not much, just walked around and munched on some foods as usual..

anyway, just so if you wanted to know.. this is Heng Xiong's blog, HERE ! epic link by him though, hahahha.. its just 3 quarters dead anyway, so don't even mind clicking it.. =))

so, we were actually contemplating on where to go so we just settled for Pyramid... went over to..


for some pork balls ! never tried it before so its a new thing for both of us...

then went over to Chatime, buy one free one (Y)


so we were indulging on our light breakfast at Chatime with the aroma of pork balls surrounding us... nom nom nom !




walked around till noon and had our lunch at Esquire Kitchen, i always thought it was cheap because my parents use to bring us there quite often..


so obviously i was wrong =.=

some pork thing.. quite the highlight but the price was a bit higher than average..



old cucumber soup which was just... mehh..



and steam dumplings, there wasn't any gravy inside it, it was all dried up... not a pro food blogger but i really think that this wasn't worth it ! for the price and everything...



and left Pyramid not long after that before realizing i left my phone while eating over there so we had to go all the way back to Pyramid... urgghh..

so.. before i end this post.. lets talk about my relationship, because basically someone is showing me his very fake emo now.. hahahah...

hmm.. so.. how should i start? well, i've never really thought that i would be in a relationship with someone i met for two weeks, before this, i only had two major crush, the first one was quite dramatic because it was just a plain drama and the second one was, just weird if i were to think back..

i've never really write on how we met and everything, so here it is... i met all my crushes through basketball and of course, that is super weird.. i met with Heng Xiong through basketball too just so you know and we went for a so called date where he brought me to a mamak for nasi goreng, hahaha.. seriously, this is what i am gonna tell all his cousins about this the next time ! and after our meal, we accidentally met up with his parents.. and he introduced my as his girlfriend on our very first date and barely two weeks of knowing each other..

everything was like fated, maybe god knows that i will never accept any relationship if a guy ever asked me no matter how much i like him... so i was just given a choice i cannot choose from, it started out rocky because we had so many issues going on but he hold on.. so i believe karma hit me back and so on bla bla bla.. so now here we are after so many breakups and get backs...

of course, people will think that it is stupid because of my ever changing status and it was quite a nuisance to me as well, so for a period of time, i never bother to show it until he literally hack into my account when i was in school and changed my status.. don't really know what i am saying but we are now more stable in this and don't really argue for little things anymore.. but nevertheless, sometimes some things do change.. like how i don't use the word baby anymore in public as in social networks.. its a weird trusting thing going on inside me, but despite that, he is still a darling to me =))

p/s not much to blog about already, i am getting bad at this sentimental stuff, whoops =X

Kikyo, Japanese Buffet @ Bandar Puteri Puchong

so Aaron called up days before, asking whether i wanted to join him for tenji... unfortunately the branch we wanted to go ended their business so he proposed jogoya... being a good friend as always, *ehem didn't wanted him to spend 100 something buying me food i don't even eat since my tummy couldn't take any raw stuff and the other japanese thing aren't that my thing.. so basically, i just eat the sushi with the zucchini and the one with crab meat everytime i go for japanese food...

so again, i went and google around for places to dine and came across Kikyo, a japanese buffet restaurant that serve, well of course, japanese food at a more lower price compare to places mentioned above.. made a booking at 7 but reach there around six =.=

so babe came over to my place around 2 something and i had a class replacement on that particular saturday so i was rushing as usual again, went over her place to fetch her.. and had some bonding session, well.. not quite bonding, but had fun playing with her hair more like it in my room =))

so as i was saying, i have valid reason to turn up an hour before my reservation time.. if you consider being silly as valid... hahahah... i didn't know the place so i was like super stress because the guy that took my reservation told me that i have to be there before seven if not they would have to cancel it so i super kiasu scared that they cancel and had Aaron coming over at 5.30, but we manage to reach the place in no time.. for more info about Kikyo, click HERE..

love at first bite? not really, a rating of 6/10 only...


thats Aaron by the way, dinner started out quite awkward because i was literally complaining about Aaron BY-ing, acting cool and so on because i always hated when people just doesn't seem to like care a thing, well, more like i needed more attention but the night ended PERFECTLY ! super mad love, super missing them much now =((


and this is Malibu, super love her to bits because she gave me the attention needed, okay, i think i am sounding like an attention whore now =.= shizz..


some free dessert of the day thing as our starters... just marshmallow coated with chocolate... not much to comment since its given out free of charge...


potato salad that cost like 6 or 8 bucks if you were to order ala carte, the food there wasn't worth the price at all i must say, sushi that cost like 2 bucks in Sushi King costed like 6 bucks here and it wasn't thaaaaaaat good anyway...


Kimchi, had a Kimchi eating bet and Aaron lost while we girls won ! YAY ! i've never tried anything like this because the aroma of it just wasn't my thing but i still manage to eat the whole bowl and it was awful.. even Aaron, the kimchi eater was so disgusted with it, literally, disgusted...


some other sushi that i had to break into pieces to give the raw salmon in it to babe.. mehh..


my mushroom soup that tasted like duck flavoured maggie mee soup..


assorted mushrooms with butter, this was quite the highlight of the whole meal though... anything couldn't go wrong when cooked with butter..


mushrooms and scallops with butter, as i was saying, anything couldn't go wrong with butter... but this turn out the opposite, it was overcooked and the bitter after taste butter was blehh..


some beef dish Aaron liked, actually he hated everything except for this... but to me, this was also just average, the meat was a little bit too dry..


and Takoyaki, glad to see Malibu liking this ! she even ordered 2 of it !


super tiny mussels, meehhh..


and some sushi with chili flakes on top..


chicken teriyaki, the best dish of the entire meal.. it was actually just fried chicken and teriyaki sauce but this was like a getaway for me !


babe's salmon.. HHAHAHAHAHAH !


and my favourite GYOZA, (Y), just average but thumbs up because its my favourite food =)) been eating a lot of it quite lately..


and this is me taking a break from the buffet... see that round face over there, thats me, ZOMG !

Aaron footed the bill which i don't know amounted to how much but it was around 50 per person and off we went to our next destination.. Parade =))

they wanted to watch movie and tried persuading me but i didn't gave in.. hahaha... in the end, they didn't wanna watch too because there wasn't any good movies showing.. so we just lingered around the whole Parade before settling at Secret Recipe... actually i know it is kinda stupid to pay something to eat after the buffet but just couldn't help it because cakes has this crazy thing of tempting you and the whole buffet was just mehh... actually feel kinda bad to bring them there, somehow all this new places never seem to work out everytime i bring someone besides Heng Xiong... =.= will never go back to Kikyo again...

so me and Malibu bought Aaron since he like footed the bill for the buffet... his cheese cake thing... super love cheese cakes !



and my chocolate indulgence, one of my favourite cake in secret recipe ! fell in love with it the first time i had it 4 or 5 years back..

so a waitress kinda screwed up Rui Mien's order and we didn't really like give colours eventhough she was kinda rude because she thinks it wasn't her fault which actually obviously is... normally i would just flare but i was scared that who knows, later if she return the order with the new drink, what secret ingredient they would add into it... in the end, Aaron took the drink and we ordered a new one.. hahahah..

had to leave the place because they started to lock up everything... it was really a great night, spent such a quality time with them !
